Twenty-one years ago, Kevin Reszel left behind his role as Vice President of Interactive Marketing at Morgan Stanley, and pursued a lifelong dream ... the opening of his own ad agency; RESZEL iNDUSTRIES, iNC (Rii). The defining brand differentiator of Kevin's ad agency, DISRUPTION of the traditional advertising, sales, and marketing industry, through the development and launch of a truly innovative and original approach to the overarching promotional space; something he calls ... iDEAVERTISING. 

In the 13th year of the agency, Kevin proudly welcomed his oldest son Zachary Reszel to the agency fold, a recent graduate of Northern Illinois University (NIU) with a communications degree in hand and a desire to work with Dad (Kevin), to blaze new trails and further the iDEAVERTISING platform. In the 17th year of the agency, Kevin again proudly welcomed another family member, his youngest son James Reszel to the agency fold. James, also a graduate of NIU, brought business acumen and fresh perspective on new media and agency practices. Since founding his agency 20 years ago, Kevin's wife, Lizbeth has been by his side, acting as a sounding board and constant partner, providing tremendous client touchstone and administrative support.

Having fully realized his ultimate dream of creating a true Family Ad Agency, Kevin has the great pleasure of working along side Zack, James, and Lizbeth every day to tirelessly help their clients, accounts, and more, realize their own dream of success through iDEAVERTISING.
