Twenty-one years ago, Kevin Reszel left behind his role as Vice President of Interactive Marketing at Morgan Stanley, and pursued a lifelong dream ... the opening of his own ad agency; RESZEL iNDUSTRIES, iNC (Rii). The defining brand differentiator of Kevin's ad agency, DISRUPTION of the traditional advertising, sales, and marketing industry, through the development and launch of a truly innovative and original approach to the overarching promotional space; something he calls ... iDEAVERTISING. 

In the 13th year of the agency, Kevin proudly welcomed his oldest son Zachary Reszel to the agency fold, a recent graduate of Northern Illinois University (NIU) with a communications degree in hand and a desire to work with Dad (Kevin), to blaze new trails and further the iDEAVERTISING platform. In the 17th year of the agency, Kevin again proudly welcomed another family member, his youngest son James Reszel to the agency fold. James, also a graduate of NIU, brought business acumen and fresh perspective on new media and agency practices. Since founding his agency 20 years ago, Kevin's wife, Lizbeth has been by his side, acting as a sounding board and constant partner, providing tremendous client touchstone and administrative support.

Having fully realized his ultimate dream of creating a true Family Ad Agency, Kevin has the great pleasure of working along side Zack, James, and Lizbeth every day to tirelessly help their clients, accounts, and more, realize their own dream of success through iDEAVERTISING. Kevin W. Reszel

Kevin W. Reszel | Founder + Chief iDEA Officer. As a graduate of Lewis University with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Kevin is a 40+ year veteran in the advertising and marketing communications industry, working on both the agency and client-side with significant B2B and B2C expertise. Kevin's career spans a wide range of experience, building brands, developing, executing, and managing comprehensive creative advertising and marketing campaigns for companies large and small. More than twenty years ago, Kevin founded RESZEL iNDUSTRIES, iNC. (Rii), a creative boutique ad agency, coining the phrase and platform now known as, iDEAVERTISING. 

Zachary Reszel
 
Zachary Reszel | VP Sales & Director Of Digital Marketing. As a 2018 graduate of Northern Illinois University, Zachary earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications. In his role, Zachary is responsible for the management of all agency sales and client digital marketing. Zachary is also experienced in the following areas:
  • HubSpot inbound marketing, CRM, website development and CMS maintenance.
  • Squarespace website development.
  • Podcasting production.
  • SEO website optimization.
James Reszel
James Reszel | VP Operations & Director Of New Media. As a 2019 graduate of Northern Illinois University, James earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. In his role, James is responsible for the management of agency operations and new media engagement/outreach. James is also experienced in the following areas:
  • Brand awareness.
  • Campaign procurement/fulfillment.
  • Video production.
  • Email marketing.
  • SEO/paid marketing.
Lizbeth Reszel
Lizbeth Reszel | VP Director Of Client Services & Production. As a graduate at Southeast Missouri State University, Lizbeth a Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Performance. Lizbeth went on to get a Master's In Vocal Performance and Pedagogy from Webster University. In her role, Lizbeth focuses on client/customer service excellence and production management of our varied vendors, partners, and suppliers. With 20-years in the travel management and promotions industry, Lizbeth brings a wealth of client service excellence, knowledge and expertise to her role.
