At this point, all you need do is complete the form below and we will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your UNORTHOBOX Campaign Starter order. The UNORTHOBOX Campaign Starter minimum order is five (5). If you'd like to order more, great! No worries. Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will contact you by email and phone to complete your UNORTHOBOX Campaign Starter order. During that time, we will follow up regarding:

- Gather your credit card payment information. *We will process your payment within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- We will email you a working campaign PDF, allowing you to provide us with any messaging or graphics feedback/updates, specific to your company/organization's sales activities.
- We will request a high-resolution version of your brand identity, in the following file formats; jpg, pdf, png.
- We will request your list of prospects, based on the number of units ordered.
- We will provide you with a distribution date and units shipment tracking information. *A collective distribution date, for all those that signed up for the campaign distribution, will occur once per month.
- We will gather the information required for an additional Campaign-related Promotional PURL Microsite. *Only if applicable. Some campaigns do not require a Microsite.
Once we have everything we need, your order has been placed and, your payment processed, your units will go into our production schedule for final kitting/assembly and shipping. You will be notified as to the date of your campaign units distribution, allowing you to plan your campaign post-distribution follow up.
